About US

EPC is a family-owned and operated federal contractor built on long-term relationships, personal accountability, and trust earned through performance. Based in Oahu, Hawaii, EPC supports U.S. federal agencies—including the Department of Defense—by delivering reliable construction, infrastructure, and facility services in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.

As a family-owned business, EPC takes a hands-on, owner-involved approach to every project. Leadership remains directly engaged from planning through execution, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and a level of care that only comes from treating each project as a personal commitment—not just a contract.

EPC specializes in mission-critical and cleared work, operating in secure facilities that require both personnel and facility clearances. Our portfolio includes project-based construction, long-term operations and maintenance, and specialized support services for sensitive and high-reliability environments.

Proven in mission-critical environments.

Led by family.

With a strong emphasis on projects involving electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems, EPC self-performs key trades in accordance with CSI specifications. This integrated, self-performing model allows us to maintain quality control, reduce risk, and deliver predictable outcomes for our government partners.

At its core, EPC is guided by a simple principle: do the work the right way, stand behind it, and build relationships that last—the same values that have guided our family from the beginning.

“EPC was built as a family business, and that mindset shapes everything we do. We believe strong partnerships come from showing up, doing the work the right way, and standing behind our commitments—every time.”
